11. Meditation: 


Meditation is the simple and usual approach to reducing stress in one's life. It will soothe your mind and allow you to experience peaceful inner calmness. The benefit of spiritual practice is First, it relieves stress; Second, it improves strengthening an individual's attention and focusing ability, which is fundamental for self-development. 


12. Accept that What's Gone is Gone: 


We constantly witness individuals around us regret past behaviour, such as failures, promises, mistakes and many more. It affects an individual's self-development habits in some manner. One should constantly focus on the present, putting the past behind. It is a universal truth that what is gone is the past, which we must leave behind. So we should not ruin today's delight by dwelling on the past despite that one should learn the lesson from the past with the intention of not performing the same mistake again.


13. Commitment to Personal Growth: 


As part of self-development initiatives, one should keep looking forward to dedication. A devotion shows the changes we are willing to undergo in our life. It might be to follow a fixed schedule or to take massive action daily. 


14. Set up a Weekly or Daily Fitness Routine: 


Successful individuals exercise and stay healthy for a reason; physical activity lowers stress, improves one's mood, and makes a healthier person. It strengthens our body's immune system, facilitates high energy, and can manage our moods and feelings, allowing us to stay motivated and focused.


15. Stay Away from Negative Individuals. 


Stay away from energy vampires and negative individuals. The negative people will drain your energy, try to bring you down, and hinder your personal growth. 


16. Spend Less Time on Social Media:


Nowadays, most people spend a significant portion of their spare time on messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Snapchat. You should be able to commit to spending no more than two hours daily on these types of applications, including shooting photos and creating videos. Your attention will be diverted from more vital matters, wasting your productivity. 


17. Networking: 


Make friends and acquaintances with people who are experts in their industries. These people have excelled because they possess the right mindset, professional skills, and expertise. Learn from them how and where to improve yourself. They will provide you with unique insight into how you could develop and accomplish similar achievements for yourselves.


18. Improve Your Emotional Intelligence:


No matter how clever you are, if you can't manage your uncomfortable emotions, and you can't have empathy and have effective relationships, you're not likely to do very well. If you want to improve yourself, you must pay attention to your emotions.


19. Face Your Fear of Failure:


Even if you fail, your life will carry on. If you wish to advance, you must understand that success is a journey rather than a destination. 


20. Gratitude: 


Showing and having a sense of gratitude motivates people to become better people. This spiritual practice helps people to acknowledge the goodness in their lives. A thankful appreciation towards physical and abstract and divine things such as human beings, nature, or divine energy allows them to connect to their higher self and higher purpose and make their life more peaceful and blissful. 


In sum: Personal growth is essential for success and Success is defined not by what you achieve but by whom you are becoming as an Individual.
